Job Opportunity:

Experienced Ocean Freight Forwarders are sought after to coordinate global transport operations, process imports and exports, agree rates with customers and agents, clear customs, and generate customer invoicing and supplier invoices.

About the Role:

  • Coordinating logistics operations
  • Processing LCL/FCL shipments
  • Negotiating with customers and agents
  • Clearing customs
  • Issuing customer invoices and accrue supplier invoices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years recent experience in Ocean Freight Forwarding operations and customs clearance within a local forwarder
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally Azyra FMS
  • Good communication skills with proven work performance results
  • Fluent English with no permit restrictions
