Job Title: Global Logistics Coordinator
About the RoleThis role involves providing exceptional customer service and freight forwarding solutions to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Ocean Export LCL and FCL shipments, ensuring timely and accurate order handling, and meeting financial deadlines.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with clients
- Effectively manage multiple shipments simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and adherence to deadlines
- Punctual and flawless order processing, documentation, and compliance with international shipping regulations
- Prepare and submit export documentation, including VGM, AMS, ACI, and ISF, within set KPIs
- Develop and send EDI bookings and SI to carriers, as well as generate FCL and LCL quotations upon request
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and forwarding operations, including customs procedures and dangerous goods handling
- Professional degree from a licensed educational institution is preferred
