Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Support Worker in the community. The successful candidate will work closely with adults in their homes, helping them develop their strengths and promoting community engagement.

The ideal candidate will be part of a strong team, working collaboratively to provide residents with guidance, support, training, and activities to help them achieve their goals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support individuals to live fulfilled and wholesome lives, enabling them to learn new skills and live happily and as independently as possible in their own homes.
  • Work closely with colleagues and other stakeholders to develop and implement personalized care plans, promoting the well-being and dignity of each resident.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders, providing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Requirements
  • Holding or pursuing a Level 7 qualification in Social Care / Applied Social Studies (registered or eligible for registration) OR Holding a Nursing Degree (registered)
  • Demonstrate knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and standards applicable to the provision of accommodation-based services to vulnerable people.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A full driving license and willingness to drive as part of the role.
