We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at RedChair Recruitment. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new sales leads, supporting bid processes, and building strong relationships with existing customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Developing new business through proactive lead generation and relationship-building.
- Supporting the bid process and ensuring timely submissions.
- Maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers to increase revenue.
