Job Title: Senior Operations Executive

Our organization is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Senior Operations Executive to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day activities of the bar and restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise staff, including bartenders and servers. Create schedules to ensure adequate coverage while optimizing labor costs.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained, addressing customer feedback and resolving issues promptly.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and manage performance metrics, including sales reports and operational data. Identify areas for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Event Coordination: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote private dining, special events, promotions, weekly specials, and themed/seasonal events to drive customer traffic.
  • Facility Management: Oversee security, maintenance, and cleanliness of the restaurant and bar areas, ensuring a safe and inviting environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in GastroBar/Restaurant management, with at least 2 years in an Operations Manager role.
