Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Communicative Disorders Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language therapy services to children with a range of disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assess, diagnose, and develop intervention plans for children aged 0-18 years with physical, sensory, learning disabilities, developmental delay, and autism.
- To provide clinical supervision and ongoing service delivery to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- To maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.
- To collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- To stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in speech and language therapy.
Requirements:
- A degree in Speech and Language Therapy or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in speech and language therapy, with a focus on working with children with disabilities.
- Registration as a Speech and Language Therapist with the relevant regulatory body.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
