Job Description

Our client, a leading global asset management company, is seeking a Fund Accountant Specialist to join their team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be part of a newly formed office responsible for assisting in accounting and review of a complete set of fund maintained books and records, in partnership with the global Fund Accounting team.

About Your New Job:

  • Determining net asset values, calculating fund performance, allocating expenses and preparing reports
  • Managing third party administrators, reviewing monthly and quarterly books of the funds
  • Assisting with year-end audits, determining the appropriate accounting treatment for all transactions

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5 years' work experience as a fund accountant in financial services with special purpose vehicles
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent required
