Cloud Transformation Project Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver cloud transformation projects from planning through successful deployment as part of a collaborative team.
  • Own implementation and integration of cloud architecture designs, focusing on security aspects in Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud Security platforms.
  • Assist customers in evaluating, designing, and implementing seamless security solutions bridging on-premises and cloud services.

Responsibilities continue:

  • Document implementations thoroughly via technical documentation and run-books.
  • Provide input and feedback on security architectures.
  • Apply operational processes and procedures to instruct and assist customers in operationalizing Microsoft security solutions.

Expertise and Qualifications:

  • Act as a subject matter expert for cloud and security within the company and projects, promoting cloud solutions and training other teams and customers.
  • Participate in efforts shaping the organisation's security policies and standards for use in cloud environments.
  • Interpret security and technical requirements into business requirements and communicate security risks to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or similar, or equivalent professional work experience.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Cloud technology, ideally MS-500 or SC-100, SC-200, SC-300.
  • Other security certifications such as AZ-500, SSCP, CCSP, GSEC, or CASP+ are also valuable.

Additional Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of practical experience in information security, with a focus on Microsoft Cloud implementations for at least two years.
  • Solid understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorisation, and security.
  • Deep understanding of cloud security technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure) and Zero Trust concepts.
