Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Migration Specialist to lead complex transformation and migration projects.

The ideal candidate will contribute to building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with business leaders to shape their cloud migration roadmap. On a daily basis, you will work with clients to assess their organizational readiness for cloud adoption.

You will help define goals, objectives, and business outcomes, develop and align cloud vision with relevant stakeholders to meet those outcomes, and identify solutions that help clients overcome technical and organizational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver large-scale migration programs with expertise in migration strategy design, application portfolio analysis, and migration process design.
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with business leaders, IT professionals, and developers.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to support pre-sales activities.
  • Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with business leaders, IT professionals, and developers.
  • Experience with project management and agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, PMP, ACP, Prince 2, or any other).

About Your Qualifications:

  • Multiple years of experience in delivering large-scale migration programs.
  • Expertise in two or more of the following domains: migration strategy design, migration business case creation, application portfolio analysis, application assessment, migration process design, migration tool implementation, migration execution, or operational integration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the AWS platform and its compute, storage, networking, and migration services.
  • Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in a technical field such as Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or Math.
