Job Title: Business Development Liaison
\Job Description:
The primary function of the Business Development Liaison is to act as a key point of contact for clients and partners, responsible for cultivating and maintaining client relationships, as well as overseeing the daily administration of account activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitor account systems and activities to ensure adherence to policies and guidelines.
- Effectively manage client onboarding and maintenance processes.
- Provide input and review legal documents related to assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to coordinate risk monitoring and regulatory compliance efforts.
- Resolve issues related to account control and client satisfaction in a timely manner.
- Work closely with external parties to structure and close transactions related to Global Capital Markets.
- Manage account administration tasks, including cash flow execution and reporting.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex legal documents.
- Familiarity with corporate structures, relevant laws, and regulations.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Global Capital Markets client service, preferably with certification in Corporate Trust Specialization.
