Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our financial department, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise financial operations teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
- Reconcile bank debt transactions with broker statements to identify any discrepancies.
- Process bank debt activities, including paydowns, borrowings, interest payments, rate resets, and rollovers.
- Maintain security master information on our fund accounting system.
- Coordinate communication between departments and stakeholders to resolve queries and issues promptly.
- Provide regular reconciliation reports to management.
Requirements:
- Third-level qualifications in Business, Finance, or IT.
- 3-4 years' experience in financial operations, preferably in alternatives or hedge funds.
- Knowledge of syndicated or private debt loan market.
- Experience with fund accounting systems, such as Geneva.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
