We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of independent living skills and be able to support individuals in making positive life choices. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, families, and other stakeholders.

The key responsibilities of this role include planning, developing, implementing, and reviewing individualized community support programs, as well as ensuring best practice in line with up-to-date research regarding Quality of Life improvements.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum QQI Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Full driving licence
  • Experience in supporting individuals with intellectual, physical and mental health challenges
