Job Opportunity

  • Lead and inspire a small, dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Foster a service-driven culture where building client relationships and trust is at the heart of everything.
  • Oversee all daily store operations, including sales, stock management, visual merchandising, and store standards.
  • Drive sales through effective leadership, customer engagement, and attention to detail.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to achieve individual and store performance metrics.
  • Handle customer issues professionally and efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain high visual standards, ensuring the store reflects a premium brand image.
  • Monitor stock levels and collaborate with buyers or owners on product performance and customer preferences.
  • Report on store performance and contribute ideas to drive footfall and sales.

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience, ideally in menswear, fashion, or a premium retail environment.
  • A natural leader with the ability to motivate and develop a small team.
  • Strong customer service ethos with a genuine passion for offering personalized, consultative services.
  • Confident in driving performance and taking ownership of store results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and commercially aware.
