As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales function globally. Your responsibilities will include reviewing opportunities for accuracy and providing orders on successful deal closure.
You will work closely with the Sales Operations Manager to improve sales data quality and processes, reporting on key metrics to executive stakeholders. Additionally, you will implement surveys and define metrics for executive stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales operations or sales order processing, preferably in a technology subscription-based business. You will be an energetic and thoughtful problem solver, able to work productively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization on a global scale.
A strong academic track record and excellent analytical skills are essential for this role. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is highly desirable.
