A key sales specialist drives business success by turning data into actionable insights.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesAs a sales professional, you will work closely with clients to develop strong relationships, understand their needs, earn their trust, and showcase solutions that deliver value to their business.
Primary Responsibilities:- Maintain Client Relationships and Showcase Solution Value: Actively maintain and nurture client relationships while highlighting the value of IBM's technology solutions.
- Utilize Solution-Selling Skills: Apply solution-selling techniques to engage with decision-makers, assess opportunities, and establish enduring partnerships.
- Manage the Sales Process: Oversee the entire sales process, from handling responses to meeting performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with Sales Network: Work in cooperation with IBM's sales ecosystem to develop and execute sales campaigns, leading to the growth of the sales pipeline.
Required Expertise
- Sales Experience: 3+ years experience in enterprise software sales, upselling existing clients and acquiring new clients.
- Ability to Communicate Solutions: Effectively articulate the business and financial impact of tech solutions.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Demonstrating engaging and influential communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong Prospecting Skills: Proven ability to generate demand and pipeline with clients through effective use of outbound prospecting, sales campaigns, and collaboration.
Desirable Technical And Professional Experience
- Data Intelligence Market Knowledge: Expertise in Data Integration, Databases, Data Security, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence.
- Enterprise Software Sales Experience: Selling expertise into strategic accounts.
