Job Title: Sales and Showroom Growth Director

A leadership role has become available within a thriving company to drive sales growth and lead a showroom team in Roscommon and Galway.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in senior sales roles within the kitchens, interiors, or luxury residential sector.

Sales targets should be consistently met or exceeded with commercial acumen and hands-on product/design knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 12 designers with mentoring and training opportunities.
  • Build morale and engagement within the team while driving performance through clear communication and goal setting.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and customer-centricity throughout the business.

This position requires strategic thinking, creativity, and a passion for excellence in all areas of sales, operations, and customer experience.

Requirements:
  • Proven success in a senior sales role with experience managing teams of 10+.
  • Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Commercially astute with a strong understanding of the market and industry trends.
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues alike.
