Business Development Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and identifying new business opportunities.

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that support business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and business development.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership or business development, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
