Director of Sales

As a seasoned leader with a passion for driving business growth, you will shape the strategy and success of your sales team. You will guide and manage hotel operations effectively, liaising with senior management to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Represent the hotels at sales team meetings and external customer events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales leadership or cluster sales management.
  • Multisite experience is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Effective communicator, able to promote collaboration and drive results.
  • Commercially aware, able to understand key business indicators and competitive trends.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Sales focused and results driven.
  • Knowledge of the Galway market essential.
