**Job Summary:**We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to take ownership of sales strategy and implementation.**Key Responsibilities:**
  • BUILD AND INSPIRE A DYNAMIC SALES TEAM:
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead hotel strategy in the planning and forecasting of owned business segments.
  • Represent the hotels at sales team meetings, internal & external customer led events as appropriate.
**Requirements:**To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum 5 years' experience working as a Sales Manager in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Multi-site experience is a distinct advantage.
  • Strong leadership skills & experience of managing a team.
  • Effective communicator who promotes collaboration.
  • Be commercially aware with strong analytical skills, able to understand key business indicators and competitive trends.
