Job Title

As a pivotal member of our team, you will lead product management, strategic planning, and revenue generation initiatives while ensuring client satisfaction and compliance across our expanding portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Management/Revenue Generation:
    • Set budgets and strategic plans for business and products to ensure objectives are met.
    • Communicate and implement agreed strategies within various business areas.
    • Review underperforming products, develop analysis, and implement remediation plans.
    • Continuously review existing product offerings against competitors.
    • Develop new covers and cross-selling revenue generation opportunities.
  • Client Satisfaction and Key Relationship Management:
    • Maintain strong relationships with business partners.
    • Average strategic plans with stakeholders to ensure clear expectations on KPIs.
    • Review strategic plans and actual performance with stakeholders.
    • Act as a product manager and set rating structures for products.
    • Track market trends and external factors affecting products/performance.
  • Compliance and Operations:
    • Ensure daily service levels are met/exceeded in conjunction with Team leader.
    • Review business processes for efficiencies and apply changes.
    • Hold regular meetings with Operations and Sales team leads to ensure sales and service levels are met.
    • Ensure compliance with best practice/regulatory requirements.
  • People Management:
    • Support resource allocation planning.
    • Facilitate professional development of key staff members.
    • Communicate strategies and actual performance to teams.
