Key Leadership Role in Aircraft Leasing

The Vice President-Technical oversees the technical aspects of aircraft leasing in our Dublin office, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate term sheets and aircraft lease documentation (technical provisions) to secure optimal agreements.
  • Manage aircraft deliveries, redeliveries, and transitions to maintain a healthy fleet.
  • Support aircraft acquisitions and disposal deals to maximize value.
  • Analyze aircraft specifications for acquisition, lease transition, and sales to inform business decisions.
  • Provide cost estimates and integration budgets for aircraft transactions to ensure financial stability.
  • Develop bespoke maintenance cash flow projections and financial models for specific aircraft transactions.
  • Process maintenance reserve claims according to lease agreement terms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in aeronautical or mechanical engineering.
  • Relevant experience in aircraft leasing, maintenance, and financial services.
  • Expertise in narrow and wide body commercial aircraft, engines, and related systems.
  • Proven project management and financial modeling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international team.
