About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Portfolio Strategy to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping our fleet by combining market assessment, commercial opportunity, and risk evaluation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in the development of our medium- to long-term Business Plan, including capital allocation targets for different aircraft types and vintages.
  • Leading qualitative and quantitative assessments of industry and market trends.
  • Overseeing our sustainability agenda.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a global aircraft leasing company, OEM, airline, or advisory in a product strategy, planning, portfolio management, or business development function.

Responsibilities

The Senior Vice President, Portfolio Strategy will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing historic trends in macroeconomic, air traffic, aircraft fleet, airline schedule, and aircraft value data sets to develop forward-looking market insights.
  • Developing and maintaining quantitative models used to identify and forecast key trends in commercial aircraft markets.
  • Performing market sizing exercises by growth channel and segment to identify market opportunities.
  • Collaborating to implement and evolve asset and jurisdictional risk frameworks.

  • A strategic mindset and ability to discern patterns and linkages across complex issues.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to manipulate large data sets.
  • Able to manage others to analyze complex data sets and create forward-looking market insights.
