Duties:
- Oversee the Bakery Maintenance Engineering function on shift ensuring equipment is repaired to high standards and record all work accurately.
- Implement permanent fixes for issues and manage the Maintenance H&S function effectively.
- Provide feedback to management and lead the team in breakdown situations.
- Assist with technical activities, projects, and continuous improvements.
- Communicate effectively, work under pressure, and attend shift meetings.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks and conduct shift handovers.
- Identify equipment spares and assist with refrigeration plant maintenance.
Criteria:
- Qualified Electrical Engineer with strong Mechanical skills.
- Proficient in using a multimeter, understanding Electrical schematics, and troubleshooting electrical systems and sensor faults.
- Experience in Food/Refrigeration and other Utility environments is advantageous.
- Good team player and self-motivated individual.
- Available for call-out duties and/or overtime when required.
