
Facilities Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Glanbia Nutritionals Inc.
This role will provide exceptional support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for all incoming queries (phone, email, face-to-face)
- Front office meeting, greeting, and signing in of internal and external visitors
- Contribute to the planning and execution of engaging events to foster a vibrant workplace culture
- Manage maintenance for the building, including liaising with contractors, service providers, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor and maintain Health & Safety standards and procedures for the building
- Manage the courier system, including arranging vendors, post, and packaging
- Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks, including ordering stationery, office supplies, and other consumables using the Ariba/SAP systems
- Provide support to PAs on site
- Credit control – process and ensure timely payment of invoices for the facility
- Prior experience gained in a busy office environment
- Proficient in IT, particularly the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience of using SAP and Ariba systems is a distinct advantage
- Excellent verbal, conversational, and written English skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple calls
- A self-starter with excellent initiative
- An exceptional level of professionalism is essential
