About the Role
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Chief Governance Professional to support the development of a robust governance framework in line with industry best practices.
Main Responsibilities- Administer the FOI process, including drafting documentation and preparing/redacting records.
- Coordinate meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and maintain up-to-date trackers.
- Maintain accurate records of team budgets, purchase orders, contracts, and associated documents.
- Assist in planning and delivering staff training events, committee meetings, and other governance-related activities.
- Knowledge of governance and compliance frameworks, with a focus on risk management and internal audit processes.
- Strong critical thinking skills and efficient work methods.
- Proven track record in supporting policy development and implementation, with excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
