Front of House Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front of House Manager to join our team.

  • Overall responsibility for the successful operation of the Lobby and Reception.
  • Oversee all front office operations, including guest check-in and check-out, reservations, time line management, and guest queries.
  • Lead and inspire the Front of House team.
  • Work closely with Revenue Management to ensure room and bed allocation optimization.
  • Manage the front office budget, monitor occupancy, revenue, and front office KPIs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Front Office leadership role.
  • Proven track record in Revenue Management and commercial acumen.
  • Strong knowledge of Dublin's hospitality market and competitor landscape.
  • Proficiency with hotel PMS, channel managers, and revenue management systems.
  • Excellence in guest service and complaint resolution.
  • Proven experience in running a Front Office team.
