Warehouse Manager Role

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day site operations, covering Raw Material Warehouse and providing support to Finished Goods shipments.

This role operates in a dynamic environment with frequent new product introductions, requiring adaptability and change management skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage Warehouse operations in compliance with company policies and vision.
  • Ensure timely and accurate response to material requirements by ensuring availability of required materials and accurate stock reports.
  • Supervise team, raw material capacity, and present scenario planning if capacity becomes constrained.
  • Oversee the flow of raw materials and finished goods across the plant, including stock control and material reconciliation using SAP.
  • Identify, develop, and implement continuous improvement processes across the warehouse function.

Additional Requirements: Advocate for environmental health and safety compliance. Ensure production and operations meet environmental health and safety and quality standards at all times.
