This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Motor Insurance team as an experienced Client Advisor. You will play a key role in servicing and retaining valued customers, handling incoming customer calls and emails, processing client renewals and mid-term adjustments, generating policy leads from existing clients, and supporting team colleagues with ad hoc tasks.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years' personal lines insurance experience, APA, and knowledge of Applied Relay is an advantage. Strong organisational and planning skills, positive, empathetic, and professional communication style, and team player with strong interpersonal skills are also required. Awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements within financial services is essential.
