We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to join our team in Galway. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic group responsible for designing, developing and implementing high-performance applications to support our business.

Responsibilities

  • ">
  • You will be a member of a co-located scrum team made up of software engineers, quality assurance engineers and squad lead (product owner) responsible for delivering key customer features.">
  • Partner with the product owner and delivery team to meet customer needs.">
  • Gather and document requirements and solutions.">
  • Use data and insights to make sound decisions.">
  • Resolve issues and/or identify approaches to solutions.">
  • Promote Agile development practices.">
  • Communicate progress to technology and business partners at all levels.">

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Systems Analyst.">
  • Innovative problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in software development teams.">
  • The ability to work under minimum supervision with colleagues at all levels.">
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.">
  • Superb communication skills (oral and written).">
