Payroll Services Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering accurate and compliant payroll services.
About the Role- Working closely with the HR team, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and compliant payroll for approximately 800 employees.
- Manage and process monthly payroll (c. 800 staff) and quarterly payrolls through an outsourced provider.
- Complete all payroll calculations, reconciliations, and statutory returns.
- Provide manual payroll calculations and respond to employee queries.
- Administer pensions, healthcare, and other benefit schemes.
- Maintain high standards of audit, compliance, and governance.
- Contribute to job architecture frameworks and HR process improvements.
- Support pension scheme compliance, reporting, and reconciliations.
- IPASS qualified or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years payroll processing experience with strong knowledge of Irish tax, PRSI, and levies.
- Experience in public or semi-state organisations highly desirable.
