We seek an experienced administrator to oversee the renewal process, manage claims, handle client and member queries, provide support to consultants, and ensure legislative compliance for Pension, Risk, and Healthcare schemes.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our office. We value diversity and encourage a flexible workforce. Our continuous learning culture inspires and equips you to learn, share and grow, helping you achieve your fullest potential.
The ideal individual must have an employee benefits background with a minimum of 2-3 years industry experience, strong technical knowledge in Pension and Risk, and a willingness to learn across other product lines. They should also possess strong IT skills (Excel and Microsoft suite), be able to manage their own workload and achieve deadlines, and be a team player with good interpersonal skills.
In this fast-paced environment, you will be part of the administrative team and be supported in your daily tasks by friendly and accountable experts. At the core of our organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.
We call this Smart Working. It's more than just the place of work... it's the flexibility to balance work and life, without sacrificing career goals or personal aspirations. As a result, at our organization, you are more connected, more relevant, and more valued.

- Renewal Process Oversight: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement best practices for renewal processes.
- Claims Management: Manage all claims related to Pension, Risk, and Healthcare schemes, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Client and Member Support: Provide exceptional service to clients and members, addressing queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Consultant Support: Collaborate with consultants to provide expertise on Pension and Risk matters, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
