Senior Food and Beverage Service Professional

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of food and beverage outlets in a hotel setting.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide exceptional customer service at all times, delivering high-quality beverages and food to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Work closely with the departmental team to achieve sales and revenue targets in the F&B outlets.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety, hygiene, and cashiering procedures at all times.
- Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional manner.
Previous experience working in a busy hotel environment is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate should have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, self-motivation, and attention to detail. Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively are also essential.
