Job Title: Site Security Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to fill the role of Site Security Professional. This position involves providing security services for a construction site in Dublin.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all personnel on site, as well as maintaining a high level of customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing access control for the construction site.
  • Coordinate and oversee traffic management.
  • Complete shift activity reports and incident reports during assigned shifts.
  • Maintain high visibility at assigned posts and ensure proper relief prior to departure.
  • Inspect all access gates and ensure gates are locked or used by authorized work crews according to access control policies.
  • Immediately report any suspicious observations or security gaps (e.g., holes, ladders, or objects propped against fencing).
  • Perform patrols as outlined in Post Orders.
  • Communicate in an open, honest, and responsive manner; provide information about the site to visitors as allowed.

Required qualifications include:

  • A valid Safe Pass is essential for this position.
  • Must meet account-specific skill, certification, or authorization requirements.
  • Knowledge of security operations and procedures; supervisory practices.
  • Strong attendance, organization, and the ability to track and maintain schedule assignments.
  • Professional composure in unusual circumstances; good computer skills; strong oral and written English.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact across diverse cultures; capable of leading and working within project teams.
  • Ability to take initiative, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing environments.
