Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Medical Sales professional to drive growth in a small but growing commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a small team and provide strategic guidance on commercial pathways within hospital settings.
  • BUILD strong relationships with procurement teams in Irish hospitals, fostering collaborative partnerships that drive commercial success.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve commercial results through effective leadership and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • 1-2+ years of experience as a Medical Sales Manager or equivalent role in the medical consumables or broader Medical Devices field.
  • Strong business acumen, energy, and commercial expertise.
  • Understanding of HSE tendering processes and contracts.
