We are seeking a talented Biopharmaceutical Professional to join our laboratory team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to work with a leading multinational company.

  • Support laboratory operations within the laboratory facility, including equipment qualification, documentation generation, and contributing to lab and process establishment.
  • Perform general laboratory tasks, such as EM, Facility testing, method verifications, troubleshooting, and execution of laboratory studies.
  • Review, trend, and report laboratory data to support batch data generation, collation, and analysis of end-of-quarter and year reports.
  • Manage and ensure routine cleaning of laboratory equipment, maintain laboratory housekeeping standards, and identify continuous improvement opportunities in laboratory processes.
  • Respond to standard requests from partners, customers, and clients, and escalate to manager when appropriate.
  • Participate in functional meetings, facilitate cross-functional meetings, and audits (internal and external).
  • Support the introduction of novel solutions, test biologics within the facility, and build team effectiveness skills.
  • Support timely training completion and coaching of team members.
  • Be flexible to support changing business needs.
Education & Experience
  • A degree qualification in a relevant field (Biological Sciences/Engineering), preferably with a background in microbiology.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years experience working in a relevant academic or industry field, including internships and student placements.
  • Knowledge of laboratory systems, GMP, and familiarity with USP, EP, JP requirements.
