Quality Control Professional

Main Responsibilities:
  • Degree qualification in a scientific discipline, quality assurance or technical field.
  • 1-3 years' experience in the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry, particularly in relation to Capillary Electrophoresis, UPLC, HPLC or GC testing.
  • Possessing Lean Six Sigma expertise is advantageous.
Key Skills:
  • Executing analytical techniques and associated documentation, including but not limited to Capillary Electrophoresis, UPLC, HPLC, GC, Wet Chemistry methods in compliance with GMP regulations.
  • Supporting activities such as laboratory equipment validation and analytical method technical transfer, verification and validation.
  • Driving the development of technical skills through coaching and motivating a high-performing culture across the team.
Requirements:
  • A strong ability to analyze problems and think critically.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
