Financial Planning Lead

We seek a seasoned financial professional to spearhead our finance operations, drive financial analysis, and support long-term financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cash flow forecasting models, taxes, receivables, payables, and consolidate financial statements.
  • Maintain strong banking relationships, conduct in-depth financial analysis, and perform additional tasks as needed.
  • Respond to financial inquiries by collecting, analyzing, summarizing, interpreting data, and reporting to headquarters.
  • Support business growth initiatives by providing timely financial information to client-facing team members.
  • Monitor revenues and expenses; coordinate collections, manage debts, and report on local financial needs to headquarters.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • 6 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in general finance.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in other MS Office products such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft AX is an asset.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships. International operations experience is beneficial.
