Job Title: Site Management Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced site management professional to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in delivering high-quality residential housing projects, with excellent knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and site management best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all on-site activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Lead and coordinate subcontractors and direct labour to ensure deadlines are met
  • Ensure works are carried out in accordance with design, specifications, and health & safety standards
  • Liaise with the Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, and Design team to manage progress, quality, and costs
  • Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and compliance documentation
  • Drive a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement on site

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential housing developments
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and site management best practices
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Full driving licence required
