Job Description

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and launching new consumer propositions from early insight through to in-life handover.

You will use innovation methods such as design thinking and lean startup to uncover customer needs and pair this with commercial and governance discipline to bring bold ideas to market.

This role requires strong collaboration skills as you will work closely with colleagues from Commercial, Finance, Technology, Digital, Retail, and Legal to turn ideas into reality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Proposition Development: Own the design, development, and launch of new consumer propositions.
  • Customer Insight and Innovation: Use design thinking and lean startup methods to uncover customer needs and develop innovative solutions.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in proposition, product, or service design in a fast-paced consumer industry.
  • Strong Customer Focus: Ability to translate insights into differentiated propositions that meet customer needs.
  • Innovation Frameworks: Hands-on experience with design thinking, lean startup, design sprints, and service design.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to gather and interpret customer insights, market trends, and data analytics to inform decisions.
