Our team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Coordinator to join our PeacePlus FLOW project.

This is a part-time role, working 2.5 days per week, with a duration of two years.

The appointee will work closely with staff to ensure reporting compliance and will network with other partners as required.

  • Support project staff in managing PEACE PLUS/SEUPB funded research projects and programmes.
  • Ensure SEUPB funded project management complies with all administrative and financial reporting requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Procure necessary capital equipment, works and services to meet project deliverables.
  • Prepare and collate documentation for quarterly financial reporting to the lead partner and to the EU controlling body.
  • Prepare and collate monthly reports for submission to the lead partner and to the EU.
  • Collate and process claims for the FLOW project via an online portal.
  • Liaise with verification bodies as required.
  • Maintain records of permission and applications for access to lands for project works.
  • Maintain records of necessary documentation and authorisations from public authorities for specific actions.
  • Support tracking of progress of project activities against goals and deliverables.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong administrative and organisational skills, excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, self-directed ability to work independently, and expertise in IT skills (MS Suite) and record keeping.

You will also need experience in administration of European Union funded projects.
