Hotel Operations Expert

The Hotel Operations Manager is accountable for the efficient execution of day-to-day hotel operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service and address queries/complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintain statutory, health, and safety requirements.
  • Assist with front desk activities, guest check-in/check-out, payment processing, and staff supervision/training.
  • Track and monitor customer feedback, review customer service targets, and implement corrective action as needed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel operations management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a third-level qualification in hospitality or a relevant field.
  • Experience managing operating systems, including cloud-based property management systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
