
Administrative Specialist

As a key member of our public sector body, we are seeking an individual with strong administration and clerical skills to fulfill this role.
The role requires ensuring compliance management, invoice verification, data entry, and record management on a daily basis.
Duties Include:
- Compliance management and review of files to update the database accordingly.
- Invoice verification, including matching invoices to purchase orders and communicating with buyers and vendors to resolve queries.
- Data entry and data management, maintaining confidential and high-quality records in a thorough and organized manner.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records, processing client information at the highest level of discretion.
- General clerical work, including filing, photocopying, answering/making telephone calls, dealing with queries and emails.
Requirements:
- Two years of administration or clerical experience.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Packages and efficient in data entry.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
