Job Summary:

The SMB Account Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction in the SMB market. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging industry expertise and providing value-added services to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategic partnerships and expand our customer base.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders regarding sales performance and pipeline growth.
  • Participate in industry events and user groups to generate market interest and drive sales pipeline growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in direct sales or account management, preferably in the software or cloud industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound business decisions.
  • Fluent English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
