We are seeking a Product Design and Development Engineer to join our R&D team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design, development, and project management.
- Develop and maintain high-quality product designs that meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and improvement.
- Manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure adherence to company standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new products and product lines.
- Work closely with manufacturing teams to optimize production processes and reduce costs.
- Ensure all designs meet relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed design specifications and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product design and development.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Knowledge of 3D CAD software and ability to create accurate models and simulations.
