Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a global strategic initiative that aims to optimize the financial and operational management of the company's Global Transport network. As Project Lead, you will be responsible for system optimisation, continuous improvement, managing vendor relationships, shaping solution design, and overseeing project management activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive key goals and objectives to include; 100% integration of all Teleflex Freight into the TMS.
  • Design and implement innovative solutions to drive 99% accrual accuracy, 98% zero touch in job creation and invoice audit
  • Using automation and innovation increase efficiency in the Control Tower to allow for expansion and focus on value add activity
  • Project lead and responsible person for all parallel projects that impact Global Transport, including SAP upgrades, new tool implementation across Global Operations and improvement requests from outside the function.

Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate will have prior experience in leading a similar initiative in a fast-paced work environment with strong analytical ability
  • Strong project management and organizational change management skills
  • Understanding of Design Control, Change Control, Product Life Cycle Management, Sustaining Changes, including experience of cost savings and product / process improvement
  • PMP Certification required

Travel Required:
This role will require international travel (20%)
