Job Title: Strategic IT Deployment Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead the deployment of laptop equipment to end-users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within IT and experience with MS Office end-user tools, particularly Windows 11.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-user deployments of laptop equipment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of devices.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver 1,600+ laptops (including Macs) across various departments.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for breaking down large-scale deployments into manageable groupings.
Project Management:
  • Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and reporting to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Facilitate team meetings, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication to drive project progress.
  • Ensure seamless transition of project deliverables to operations, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with vendors to support deployment initiatives.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams using Autopilot for data migration.
  • Establish strong relationships with Support Services teams and shared drives.
  • Support integration campaigns for laptop equipment.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
