We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our GTM Sales Team in Northern Europe. As an entrepreneurial spirit with strong communication skills, you will play a key role in building pipeline, generating revenue, and expanding our strategic customer base.

In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and developing new potential accounts by educating contacts about how they can increase their team's collaboration, transparency, and productivity with Notion. You will also maintain strong relationships with our existing customer base while identifying opportunities for expanding usage.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of full-cycle sales experience at a fast-growing software company
  • Fluency in English
  • A track record of high achievement in current and previous roles hitting or exceeding quotas
