Notion is an in-person company, requiring employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and spend the majority of their week in the office.

About The Role:

We are looking for a motivated Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit to join the GTM Sales Team. You will be instrumental in helping build pipeline, generate revenue, and expand our most strategic customers.

What You'll Achieve:
  • Prospect and develop new potential accounts by educating contacts about how they can increase their team's collaboration, transparency, and productivity with Notion.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Notion's existing customer base while identifying opportunities for expanding usage.
  • Iterate on the contract renewal process to retain and grow customers.
  • Hold meetings with prospective customers to understand their business challenges and goals.
  • Run product demos to close business at or above quota level.
  • Help build playbooks and define our sales motion.
  • Liaise with our user base to provide world-class customer experience.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, customer success, ops, legal).
Skills You'll Need to Bring:
  • 3-5 years of full cycle sales at a fast-growing software company.
  • A track record of high achievement in current and previous roles hitting or exceeding quotas.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Engaging presentation skills.
  • Positive and open-minded attitude.
  • Strong desire to succeed while maintaining values.
  • A builder mentality thriving in collaborative environments.
  • Ability to operate within ambiguity and find creative solutions.
Nice to Haves:
  • Experience as an early sales hire at a fast-growing startup.
  • Strong technical skills.
  • Fluency in Dutch, Swedish, or Finnish.
  • Experience selling through partners.
  • Experience in quarterly sales planning.
