Job Overview

The Store Porter position is a vital role that requires a candidate with excellent maintenance skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the showroom by performing daily general duties.
  • Receive and organize deliveries to ensure accurate inventory.
  • Remove rubbish, break it down, and store securely for collection.
  • Label all items held for customer collection.
  • Assist customers during collection processes.
  • Handle products with care, taking preventive measures against damage.
  • Keep the stockroom and clearance area clean and organized.
  • Support visual merchandising teams with showroom relocations.
  • As needed, assist service technicians with customer calls.
  • Follow company protocols and procedures.
  • Arrange in-store displays as required.
  • Ensure service returns are labeled correctly and notified to management.
