Job Opportunity: Senior Audit Manager Role

The role of Senior Audit Manager is available due to legislative changes that have created new opportunities in the market. This change has led to an increased demand for experienced audit professionals with expertise in Capital Markets.

This job requires an individual with a strong background in financial services, specifically in the area of Capital Markets and Structured Finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing clients in this space, developing and managing a portfolio of Financial Services clients, and assisting partners and directors in business development activities.

A key aspect of success in this role is taking ownership and developing relationships with clients. Cross-team collaboration is highly valued, and effective communication is essential for delivering high-quality results.

Promotion opportunities exist within the company, and the right individual can progress to Director and above over time. Work-life balance is promoted through various wellness initiatives, although the role may require busier periods during certain times of the year.

Remuneration will be competitive, with bonus and other benefits included. The interview process involves two stages, with sign-off from the direct hiring partner and another Director or Partner.

To be considered for this position, applicants must have a qualified accounting certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CA SA) and prior experience in a formal management role. A thorough understanding of the Capital Markets/Structured Finance space is also required.
